Special secured hotel with PARTICULARLY GOOD views at the Sea. Lovely design of interiors in family triple room. Approaching staff with excellent service, soft bed. Great and unbeatable location a short walk from a byzantine shipyard.
Extremely busy area.

The staff and location of the hotel was excellent. The towels and bedding and decor were nice and comfortable.
room was tiny and not 4 star, no shampoo, no heating and a leaking radiator. The single beds put together to form a double was uncomfortable. The breakfast was poor although the staff were nice. The communal area was a bit shoddy and not as pictured on the website.

Right in the middle of everything, with a stunning building, quiet and cozy rooms, and excellent service during our entire visit.

Helpful staff, large triple room with great view of water and Venice.
Breakfast was poor and hot water for the shower/bath barely trickled out.

Pretty place, nice room, good brekfast, excelent location, good view from the room.
The air conditioner did not work because of "not hot season", despite of 28th of April and 26deg outside, so we should try to sleep with open windows and it was impossible

The breakfast selection was satisfactory with a variety of cereals and bread rolls to choose from. the silent superior queen room had a great view and interesting Venetian decor. - the location was great, right next to a byzantine shipyard.

Our room was more like an appartment on the top floor with four-poster bed, living room, kitchen area, large bathroom and a balcony overlooking the lagoon: fantastic. Although breakfast was the same each day, there was plenty to eat. The two young ladies on reception were a joy and nothing was too much for them. We were there during the Icelandic volcano and they did everything they could to help stranded guests. It was our ruby wedding anniversary and we could not have found a better hotel.
Beware some low roof beams if on the top floor, otherwise nothing.

Having paid for a room overlooking the courtyard, we asked if it would be possible to be moved to a room with a balcony view and the staff were more than happy to oblige and we ended up with our own terrace and a stunning view of the Grand Canal, not to mention a lovely room in great nick. Staff were affable and informative and gave us a some good suggestions of where to eat in the slightly cheaper residential areas in the city...which was V helpful!! Although the breakfast room was small, considering the size of the hotel, the meal itself was excellent - one can easily eat too much as we found out every morning. All in all lovely hotel in an amazing location!!
